"You Dream It, You Eat It" Competition.

1. How to Enter:

• Entries can be submitted at any time via direct message on Facebook or Instagram.

• Submissions must include a parma name and list of toppings/sauces.

• No purchase is necessary to enter.

2. Winner Selection & Prize:

• The winner is selected entirely at our discretion.

• If your idea is chosen, it will be featured as a Wednesday Night Special for one night only.

• Kernot Food & Wine Store reserves the right to re-feature any winning parma at a later date, but the original winner will not receive a second free meal.

• The winner receives one free parma & one free drink (choice of cocktail, house wine, beer, soft drink, or coffee).

• If the winner is under 18 years of age, they will be limited to a non-alcoholic drink in compliance with liquor licensing laws.

3. Redemption & Restrictions:

• The free meal is only available for redemption on the Wednesday night it is first featured—it cannot be postponed or transferred.

• The prize is non-transferable, and only the winner is entitled to claim the free meal.

• The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.

4. Privacy & Publicity:

• We will announce the winning parma creation on our social media channels but will not disclose the winner’s name to protect privacy.

• By entering the competition, participants agree that Kernot Food & Wine Store retains all rights to photograph, market, and share images of the winning parma across all digital and print platforms.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights:

• By submitting an idea, you grant Kernot Food & Wine Store the exclusive right to use the recipe, topping combination, and name without restriction.

• The final execution, naming, and presentation of the winning parma may be modified at our discretion to best suit our menu and audience.

• Participants waive any claim to future compensation, royalties, or ownership of the winning creation.

6. Food Allergies & Dietary Considerations:

• The winning parma may contain allergens such as gluten, dairy, nuts, seafood, or other ingredients.

• It is the responsibility of the winner to check with staff regarding any dietary concerns before consuming their meal.

• Kernot Food & Wine Store is not liable for any allergic reactions or dietary issues that may arise from consuming the winning parma.

7. Liability & Indemnity:

• Kernot Food & Wine Store is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect participation.

• By entering the competition, participants release and indemnify Kernot Food & Wine Store from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the contest or consumption of the winning parma.

8. Modification & Cancellation:

• Kernot Food & Wine Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

• If the winner is unable to redeem their prize on the allocated Wednesday, the prize will be forfeited—no rescheduling or substitutes.

9. Right to Disqualify Entries:

• Kernot Food & Wine Store reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms and conditions.

10. Compliance with Laws & Platform Rules:

• This competition is conducted in accordance with Victorian and Australian consumer laws.

• The promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram.
